Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegan, Paleo, Nut-free option As you may know, I'm a chocoholic. Always have been. Always will be. These Chocolate Zucchini Muffins really hit the spot. These work well as a regular size muffin but I prefer to make mini muffins so that I can just have a little treat (or maybe I have 2...maybe 3, there's no judgement here!).

Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegan Just look at that colour! While admittedly I'm more of a guacamole girl, this hummus really hits the spot and is loaded with nutrition. Plus, anytime my food is a bright pink (and not from nasty food colouring) is a win in my books! This will make a wonderful addition to your long weekend party plans and will have everyone raving. Why not kick off the summer with this colourful and tasty dip!
Gluten free, Dairy free Mother's Day is just around the corner and while Mother's Day is also known as international breakfast in bed day for all the Moms out there, it doesn't mean you need to compromise your health. If you're a Mama yourself, you may want to print off this recipe and casually leave it for your family to find... hint, hint, nudge, nudge. Or if you're planning on treating your own Mom to a special breakfast, then these fluffy pancakes will definitely hit the spot.
Dairy-free, Vegan, Paleo, Raw Creamy caesar salad dressing? Yes please! Caesar salad was one of my favourites growing up, probably because it was drenched in cheese and had limited vegetables which my 10 year old self thought was pretty awesome. While my views on veggies have changed and now you can't name a vegetable that I don't like, I still love the savoury deliciousness of caesar salad. Being dairy-free for over almost four years now, I'm so happy to have an alternative for this tasty salad. Why didn't I make this recipe up years ago?!
