Is there a better dip than spinach and artichoke? Not in my mind! I love a good spinach and artichoke dip with veggies but after going dairy-free a few years back (about 5 years now), I figured that I'd have to give that up too. But this is just as good as the real deal, maybe even better!

Spring is officially here! Even though it doesn't seem like it here in Ottawa, where the temperate is below freezing and the ground is still snow covered. Either way Spring has me craving more fresh salads. This broccoli salad is a great option for a side dish, a potluck or BBQ party (which will be here before we know it!)

Looking for a super simple appetizer? These Mexican Devilled Eggs are so easy to make and are filled with flavour. I have to admit that I've never really been a fan of devilled eggs. Basically whipped egg yolks with mayo didn't exactly call out to me. I don't like mayo in general but I knew there was a way I could change up the ingredients to make something super tasty. Plus I love eggs, (even though I'm intolerant, read below to see how I manage to continue eating eggs) so I knew that I could make devilled eggs into a great appetizer.
