Spring is finally here and it has me craving all the fresh, citrus flavours. That even includes sweet treats, which is a departure from my usual chocolate treats but lemon sweets are my hubby's favourite. So I was inspired to create a healthier version of the classic lemon poppy seeds loaf and it definitely does not disappoint!

Caesar salad was one of my favourites growing up, probably because it was drenched in cheese and had limited vegetables which my 10 year old self thought was pretty awesome. While my views on veggies have changed and now you can't name a vegetable that I don't like, I still love the savoury deliciousness of caesar salad. Being dairy-free for over almost four years now, I'm so happy to have an alternative for this tasty salad. Why didn't I make this recipe up years ago?!
