Paleo, keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, whole30 With the chilly days setting in I'm really feeling like all the hearty, warm meals. This time of year also gets very busy so slow cooker meals are lifesaving! This meal is so easy to throw together in the morning and then you can come home to a delicious meal! Plus, butter chicken... need I say more? Butter chicken has always been one of my favourites but its a little daunting to make. This recipe is super simple but definitely isn't lacking on the flavour. This recipe is dairy-free but if you tolerate dairy well you could use whole-fat yogurt instead of a dairy free alternative. I used coconut yogurt, which I love since the flavour is so mild. Just make sure that you are buying the unflavoured version! While the vanilla is pretty tasty, it wouldn't go so well with this dish! lol Ingredients
- Cut chicken into 1" pieces, add to slow cooker - Add onion, garlic, ginger, and butter. Stir to combine. - In the small mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. - Pour over Chicken - Sook on low for 4 - 6 hours - Serve over rice or cauliflower rice

Looks great!! Thanks for sharing!! What are the chances the kids would enjoy this too haha. Our girls, 3 and 1, do pretty good with eating. It’s worth a shot. If they don’t eat it I will!!
